HAWAIʻI VOTES BY MAIL-IN:

The State of Hawaiʻi passed Act 136, SLH 2019, implementing elections by mail-in only beginning with the 2020 Elections. All properly registered voters will automatically receive a mail ballot packet approximately 18 days prior to the election.

Complete form to designate an alternate delivery address for your mail ballot. One-time Absentee requests may be made for specific elections or one election cycle.
